Catalyst Network of Communities

The Catalyst Network of Communities is a social impact organization with three priorities: improving connectivity between people and organizations, encouraging collaboration, and facilitating the sharing of resources. We are a network of over 85 partner organizations and businesses. We operate city by city to help you experience a greater sense of community, collaboration, and citizenship through meaningful relationships.

Our motto is "Connect and affect!"

Organizations often times work in isolation and people can sometimes feel disconnected. Many groups duplicate services or are unwilling to partner with others. Organizations either lack resources, waste resources, or don’t know how to find resources.

Catalyst wants to bridge our community together.

We do this by creating a network of people groups, giving them a context for working together, and inspiring them to share with each other.

We strive to create an environment that makes it easier for people to connect, collaborate, and share resources.

We see the culture and climate of our city reinvented – where individuals find it easier to connect with social and volunteer opportunities, community groups naturally collaborate on projects of shared interest, and citizens and organizations share resources freely. We see leaders with a sense of camaraderie and residents with a sense of genuine care for one another. We see local businesses actively supporting local projects that contribute to a healthy and vibrant city. We see a community of catalysts – change agents that, when inspired, empowered, and resourced, develop innovative solutions to global and local problems.
