The drop-out rate is a daunting challenge that cannot be solved by any one group be it schools, parents, corporations, but rather it must come from all three in a holistic manner. Empowering parents to true adoption (where low income families personally maximize the utilization of on-line resources for improved quality of life) is the missing link to student achievement! Parents who are truly adopted are equipped and empowered to better engage in their child's education, dramatically increasing that child's chance of high school graduation.
