All Girls Allowed is restoring life, value and dignity to girls and mothers in China.  How?  By ending gendercide of girls and protecting women from the injustice of the One-Child Policy. Since 1979, 400,000,000 lives have been lost to the One-Child Policy constituting the largest human rights violation of our time.  The tremendous pressures of the One-Child Policy exacerbates the traditional preference for a son leading more than a million Chinese families every year to get rid of their daughters through gendercide.  

 
I'm fundraising to raise money and awareness to help support All Girls Allowed's Baby Shower Gift program.  The Baby Shower Gift brings hope and joy to families in impoverish villages of China where gendercide is happening the most.  These village exhibit the biggest gender gaps - sometimes missing as many of 2 girls for every 1 boy.  Giving a Baby Shower Gift to a mother shows her family that daughters are valuable, of great worth and a reason for celebration in the community.
