Rock the Beach Scavenger Hunt

About the Hunt ($20/person, teams of 4)
This is a classic Scavenger Hunt, San Diego style. With your team of four, you will be roaming beautiful Pacific Beach getting into lots of crazy shenanigans, learning about the history of the neighborhood, supporting local businesses, and (ok, let's face it the fun part is) doing a little, or a lot, of drinking in the nearby plethora of bars throughout the day.- (4) VIP tickets to the Elemental Experience Music & Arts Festival featuring Matisyahu, Mason Jennings, Pinback, Bassnectar, Dirty Sweet and more!

- (4) Vouchers for a massage by a local massage therapist

About the Hunt ($20/person, teams of 4)
Teams are asked to come dressed in a Team Theme. The more elaborate the better, as each team dressed in theme will receive bonus points towards their Scavenger Hunt total points. Also, the team judged as having the best costumes/outfits will be rewarded handsomely with an attractive team prize. So get wild and creative, and come dressed to win.
The day will begin and end at the festive Pacific Beach Bar & Grill . Team check-in and hunt judging will occur here. During registration there will be $2.50 bloody mary's and screwdrivers offered, and $5 breakfast burritos! Note: feel free to invite all friends to the after-party starting at 6pm!! DJs and live music to follow the hunt!
Most importantly, this is a party with a cause. All proceeds from registration fees and a portion of beverage sales at PB Bar & Grill go towards helping to build youth homeless shelter through Stay Classy's Campaign for Abandoned Youth. Seriously, what excuses do you have NOT to particpate.
With the goal being to accomplish official tasks throughout the Scavenger Hunt time frame, each task will garner team points. The team with the most points wins! Each member of the winning team will receive a Grand Prize. The prizes are currently being confimed, but we promise you, they'll be worth it. Think music, nightlife, and certificates to your favorite San Diego businesses.

Scavenger Hunt Rule Sheet
- Each team must bring a digital camera to record their tasks in action!
- All participants MUST be at least 21 years old. Seriously :)
- All teams MUST have 4 participants. However if you can only get two of your friends, email scot@stayclassy.org to get paired with another lucky two!
- The GOAL is to get as many items on the list and complete as many of the photo challenges that you can in the allotted amount of time (5 hours). You will NOT be penalized for items you don’t obtain. The list is huge, so we doubt you will come close!
- Strategy and time management are key to this hunt!! Teams can report back to PB Bar & Grill and check-in with the judges at any time. And again, everyone has to be back by 5:00 PM... or else!
- All challenges must be completed and pictures MUST be taken between the hours of 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. on April 11, 2009. Challenges completed or photos taken outside this time frame will not be counted. Trust us… we’ll know.
