PABLOVE ACROSS AMERICA 2011... Help me fight childhood cancer with love! (...my legs and a bicycle!)

I never had the honour of meeting Pablo; but since meeting his incredible parents Jeff and Jo Ann, I have been inspired by the unconditional love, and untiring commitment they have in their quest to help change the lives of every child that suffers at the hands of pediatric cancer.

Cancer claims the lives of more children than any other disease. There have been no new drugs developed specifically for pediatric cancer in the past 20 years... I want to help change that.

I'm partnering with Pablove Across America to support the mission of the Pablove Foundation: to fund pediatric cancer research and advances in treatment, educate and empower cancer families, and improve the quality of life for children living with cancer.

I'll be rolling into unknown territory on this amazing adventure, riding through four states that I have never set foot or wheel in, starting and finishing in two iconic U.S. cities, that I have long desired to visit. To say I am both honoured and excited to be a part of Pablove Across America is a massive understatement. ...here's the route I'll be riding.

WEEK THREE -- NASHVILLE to NEW ORLEANS -- 532 Total Miles

October 21st (Friday) · Nashville, TN Team rests while week three riders arrive and visit Monroe Carell Jr Children’s Hospital
October 22nd (Saturday) · Nashville, TN Team leaves Nashville for Lawrenceburg, TN [79 miles]
October 23rd (Sunday) · Lawrenceburg, TN Team leaves Lawrenceburg for Russellville [62 miles]
October 24th (Monday) · Russellville, AL Team leaves Russellville for Fayette [65 miles]
October 25th (Tuesday) · Fayette, AL Team leaves Fayette for Scooba [85 miles]
October 26th (Wednesday) · Scooba, MS Team leaves Scooba for Laurel [98 miles]
October 27th (Thursday) · Laurel, MS Team leaves Laurel for Poplarville [69 miles]
October 28th (Friday) · Poplarville, MS Team leaves Poplarville for New Orleans [74 miles]

KJELD GOGOSHA-CLARK - Lee, myself and 15 other members of Velo Club La Grange tackled the Everest Challenge Bicycle Race at the end of Sept. In two days we climbed the height of Everest on our bicycles! (29,035 ft) During the event Lee was a constant inspiration, it was a tough couple of days for us all. Probably the toughest thing we'd ever done to our bodies. It gives one perspective on what others must go through every day. I am proud to ride with your support behind me, you are an awesome fella!
