Why am I fundraising?

1) First and foremost, I've never grown a mustache in my life, and I've always wanted to see what I'd look like with one.  My suspicion has been confirmed already, and we're only mid month... I look creepy.

2) My Dad won the fight with Prostate Cancer a few years ago, but not everyone is as lucky to catch it as early as him.  Movember is one of the top global fundraisers for Prostate Cancer research, and the money I raise goes to support those efforts. 

Why a moustache?

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces, in the US and around the world. With their Mo’s, these men raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.  

Where do the funds go?
