Bladder cancer is the fifth most commonly diagnosed cancer in the United States, yet most people know nothing about it.
Last year, over 70,000 people in the US were diagnosed with bladder cancer and over 14,000 people, including my Uncle RC, died from it.
On Saturday, May 5, 2012, people across the country will be joining the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network to Walk for Bladder Cancer. We are walking in honor of Uncle RC to raise money for the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) and their programs supporting bladder cancer research and education.
We hope you will join us by making a donation, walking with us, and helping raise awareness of this disease.
