Thanks for taking a look at my fundraising page!

I am extremely interested in international politics. This has led to my decision to apply to Junior State of America Summer School at Georgetown University.  I was elated when I found out that I had been accepted to the International Relations program, based on my grades and two essays, written specifically for my application.  

Over the summer I will be in class for six hours a day, six days a week, for three weeks.  I will have the opportunity to see the House and Senate in action, sit in on Congressional hearings and take advantage of the many resources of Washington, D.C. while researching term papers and preparing for debates.

I have a strong desire to serve my country and make a positive difference in the world. In college I plan on majoring in International Relations. I have no doubt that this program will help me achieve my goals in the future.
