The bookmarks we are selling to raise funds.
Some of us with the author of Rickshaw Girl, Mitali Perkins (3rd from right)
Please help the 4th grade students at the William F. Stanley Elementary School in Waltham, MA, U.S.A. empower the world's poorest -- especially women -- by making a donation to the Grameen Foundation who will make it possible for these women to support their families using microfinance.
We are coloring and selling the bookmarks seen on this page for $1 each and using this website to deposit our proceeds.
If you want to help us reach our goal you can make a donation in any amount via this web page. You can spread the good news by sharing this page on Facebook or via an e-mail to friends that includes a link to this page.
Thank you for helping us reach our goal!
