This Summer, I'm showing my love for all the amazing work Animal Trustees does by participating in their Virtual Pet Walk! They make sure the animals of Central Texas are getting the best care possible, regardless of their owner's income, and I think that's a cause worth talking about.
Last year we raised more than $30,000 to help Austin's animals, and this year we can blow that number out of the water! The money helped Animal Trustees provide over 40,000 animals with essential services, from shots to vital surgeries. They provide not only a low-cost option for wellness care and spay neuter surgeries, but emergency services for animals in crisis and life saving heartworm treatment. If you love animals as much as I do, you want to help make that work possible!
