Art Feeds is 1 of 5 finalists for the Do Something Awards!
Join us on Tuesday, August 21st at JB's Piano Bar at 112 South Main to watch Vh1's Do Something Awards air to see if Meg Bourne and Art Feeds win the Do Something Award and a $100,000 grant for their programs. This grant will aid in pursuit of reaching every child in Joplin and expanding their programs nationwide!
Doors at 7:00 pm.
Art Feeds is shining the light back on a community of heroes in Joplin with the Foolishly Compassionate Awards at 7:30. This award will be given to 6 Joplin locals nominated by the community for their efforts at promotion@artfeeds.org
Join us for a night of fun, cupcakes, photos, inspiration from the Do Something generation, and a celebration for this honor! At the airing of the show catch celebs who will be honored, like Justin Bieber, Emma Stone, Taylor Swift, and more! Celebrity presenters for the ceremony will include Ashley Greene of ‘Twilight,’ and singer Jordin Sparks! Fun. and Flo Rida to perfome live, you can see it all at the viewing party.
Tickets $6.00 in advance and $8.00 at the door. Minors welcome but will be asked to leave at the viewing commencement. All proceeds from the door will benefit Art Feeds programs as well as a percentage from the bar. JB's fantastic pizza and dinner availible.
