STAYCLASSY AT TECHCRUNCH

On Monday, May 24, StayClassy,  a free, innovative social fundraising service for nonprofits, will be providing Disrupt attendees with the opportunity to donate to the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill Project setup by a Florida-based nonprofit organization, Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge.  As part of the Startup Showcase at the conference, they aim to showcase the site’s ability to capture donations for any cause at any time, while also giving the conference a little philanthropic twist!

For every attendee who donates at least $1 to StayClassy.org/gulf-cleanup at the exhibit booth, StayClassy will contribute an additional $5 to the cause, and give away a free CLASSY T-shirt to the donor!  Check 'em out...

ABOUT THE CAUSE

The attendees of TechCrunch Disrupt have the chance to help the relief effort relief effort in the Gulf of Mexico by making a donation through this page!  As you know, the area has been devastated by a massive oil leak, which is affecting the marine and coastal habitat.  The money I raise will go to Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge (ECWR), a non profit organization caring for animals who have been affected by this disaster.

The mission of the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge (ECWR) is education, conservation and rehabilitation for the welfare of Florida’s natural fauna.
Over the past 13 years, the ECWR has cared for thousands of animals in need of help – from stranded dolphins to injured eagles to orphaned foxes.
