21st Anniversary Memorial Run Warrior Guard Riders
In response to last year's overwhelming success by the generous donations received through the efforts of the 20th Anniversary Memorial Run Honor Guard Riders, the Sacramento Law Enforcement Chaplaincy has designed an impressive weekend package for those who commit to this year's Warrior Guard Riders fund raising event. The Sacramento Law Enforcement Chaplaincy is especially excited and pleased to partner with the gracious promoters of the Sacramento Mile, AMA Pro flat track racing (who are also a sponsor of Memorial Run) to allow the Warrior Guard Riders to be a part of the opening ceremonies of the race event with a memorial lap around the race track prior to the opening memorial service of fallen officer Kevin Tonn of the Galt Police Department who died in the line of duty on January 15th of last year.
The Warrior Guard is a group of riders and citizens who come together to raise monies (a minimum of $250.00) in support of the LECS mission by raising funds and riding in the Annual Sacramento Law Enforcement Fallen Officer's Memorial Run. As Warrior Guard Riders, we love and support our nation, the law enforcement officers who protect our communities, and their families. Some of us are active or retired law enforcement, fire, EMS, military, or citizens from the community who wish to support the Sacramento Law Enforcement Chapliancy in meeting its commitment to serving our community, our fallen heroes and their families. The Warrior Guard is open to anyone, regardless if they ride a motorcycle or not.
