Credit Card Fees Explained
A Few Questions
There is a standard credit card fee of 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction. American Express charges an additional 1%. For cross border transactions, an additional 1% fee is applied.
Is there a setup fee?No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans. If you are interested in our enterprise-level, multi-chapter solution, please contact us and we'll go through any additional costs with you. Contact us at enterprise@stayclassy.org.
What is included in 'Design Customization'?With any of our plans, you have the ability to customize colors, body text, background images, add media, set templates for fundraisers and much more. We also allow you to remove the StayClassy logo from the header of your pages. It's our belief that your fundraising solution should be a natural extension of your brand and website... not ours.
What about contracts? Are there any contracts?We don't believe in forcing you into long-term contracts. You are free to cancel at anytime and you will only be billed for the current month.
When do I receive my funds?All funds are transferred automatically to your PayPal account on the 1st & the 16th of every month. We prefer to transfer your funds to a PayPal account because they've waived all transfer fees for our customers! And don't worry, you don't have to set up a PayPal account before you can get started using StayClassy. For enterprise customers, we allow for additional merchant and gateway connections.

No. You can sign up and use StayClassy for 30 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trail, or when you decide to publish a fundraiser, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
Can I use my own domain name?Yes. You can apply your existing domain to all of the campaigns that you create using StayClassy. We call this "domain masking" and you can purchase this feature as a standalone upgrade to the plans. It is also included in all enterprise plans when pre-paid for the year.
Do you offer a free plan?We no longer offer a entry-level free plan; however, we do offer grants to promising startup nonprofit organizations that are looking to use our software. If your organization did less than $100K in revenue last year, you are eligible to apply for a one-year free license. Please contact us at startups@stayclassy.org for consideration.
