Welcome to City Chase San Diego CHASEPOINT #1! We are proud to announce Invisible Children as our official charitable partner. Invisible Children is a social global movement using the transformative power of story to change lives. By inspiring youth culture to value creativity, idealism and sacrifice, the movement fuels the most effective, adaptable and innovative programs in the world.
As your FIRST CHASEPOINT we encourage your support for this meaningful cause, and ask that your team raise a minimum of $40 in donations for Invisible Children by 3 PM on Saturday, June 19th. It's really easy to create a fundraising page for your team directly from this page... so keep reading!
How To Create your teams fundraising page:
1) Click the "Create Your Fundraising Page" button at the top right of the page.
2) If you are a StayClassy member already, you can simply sign in. If you are not, it only take a minute to register, and it's free. You should create ONE FUNDRAISING PAGE per team. You can enter your team name in the First and Last name fields (i.e. "Scot Chisholm & Shanna Stuhmer", or "Team Awesome"); however, only one email will be associated to the fundraising page (so make sure you check that email address for fundraising updates).
IMPORTANT: Your friends and family will need to identify your team when they donate.. so make it something that is easy to find for them!
3) You will then be prompted to create your fundraising page. The goal you must hit to complete the ChasePoint is $40. You can use the default text provided, or you can customize your page any way you see fit.
4) Click "Save Changes" and you are done! You'll get an email with a few tips on the best ways to promote your page (friendly hint: start by sending everyone you know an email!)
Donations must be collected online only and will be verified on course. Once you have reached your fundraising goal you will receive a ticket with a PDF attachment that you will be able to print and bring Saturday to handed in at a TBD location on the course. Only then will your team get credit for completing ChasePoint #1. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation email.

About City Chase San Diego:
The T-Mobile City Chase presented by BlackBerry will be revisiting beautiful San Diego on June 19th for our 3rd year. After incredible (and sunny) events in '08 and '09 we are excited to return to Southern Cal. We are preparing to unleash more unique and wacky challenges and thinking we just might mix things up a bit, so get to know the MTS routes if you plan to finish this year's Chase. With two years under our belt (and some of yours) we are eager push you a little harder this year. For the newbie’s – we welcome you with open arms!
