Present

Treasures of the

Mission Trails Regional Park

Art Exhibit and Benefit.

           Oak Shade by Margaret Larlham

Honorary Co-Chairs Shawn Styles, Meteorologist/Lifestyle Reporter News 8 KFMB-TV  and Mission Times Courier Publisher, Jim Madaffer invite you to join them for this fun-filled event including fine art, fine wine, cheese, and chocolate.  Help raise funds for these two great nonprofit. organizations.

Members of the California Art Club have been creating plein-air paintings of Mission Trails for the past several months.  The best of these paintings will be available to purchase the evening of July 14 and the proceeds again benefit both nonprofit organizations.

All of the exhibit area in the 14,000 square foot Visitor and Intrepretaive Center will be open for your viewing pleasure.  Stroll out on the Terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view of Mission Gorge as the sun sets over the park.

Renowned Native American Flute Player Tim Romero will be performing and George Cowles, East County resident circa 1873-1883, is also scheduled to return in character to discuss Mission Trails and East County as he remembers it.

Tickets are on sale through Stay Classy
