Scot Chisholm

Founder/CEO
Scot founded StayClassy.org in 2006 and is responsible for growing the organization into a full-fledged technology company servicing any non-profit in the United States. Among many things, Scot leads the design and development of StayClassy's technology strategy and infrastructure (aka, building a nice website that people like).

Recently Scot was chosen as one of the top 40 young leaders under 40 years old by San Diego Metropolitan Magazine.  Prior to StayClassy.org, Scot worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton specializing in process improvement on the Economic Business Analysis team. Scot is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality, and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, with a Mechanical Engineering concentration, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.   Read Scot's Blog >

Marshall Peden

Co-Founder
Marshall co-founded StayClassy.org in 2006 and has spearheaded the organization’s membership & volunteering efforts. Marshall has been responsible for helping the company shape the customer experience by understanding the needs of  each and every volunteer and/or event attendee.   This has resulted in a constantly-growing membership, and level of trust that attracts longer-term customer relationships.

Marshall has 7 years of experience in Earned Value Management and Project Management, having worked at both Lockheed Martin and Booz Allen Hamilton.  He was also recently selected to serve on the San Diego board of the New Leaders Council.  Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a Minor in Environment and Natural Resources, from the University of Wyoming, and will receive an M.B.A. from San Diego State University in December 2009.

Ryan Dranginis

Consultant; Technology & Advertising
Ryan helped build the original concept of the StayClassy.org website with the founders back in 2006, working for his own technology company at the time. For the past three years he has been advising the company on all things tech and advertising related,  even working full time with Scot at one point to get the 1st iteration of the website launched.

Ryan has a passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit. He is a Naval Academy Graduate, Marine Captain, company founder, and is currently working for one of the fastest growing companies in the history of the internet, managing a billion ad impressions a day.
